Common Issues

Fix Authorization Problems

  1. Confirm your Zoom role can install marketplace apps.
  2. Disable pop-up blockers during authorization.
  3. Try in an incognito/private window to avoid extension conflicts.
  4. Disconnect and re-connect Zoom in Expertise Calendar.

Meeting Link Not Added

  1. Open your event type and ensure Location is set to Zoom.
  2. Save changes and create a test booking.
  3. Check the confirmation email and calendar invite for the Zoom link.

Disconnect and Reconnect Zoom

  1. Go to Integrations & apps in Expertise Calendar.
  2. Select Zoom, then click Disconnect.
  3. Click Connect Zoom and complete authorization again.
