When I was looking for an AI customer outreach platform I decided to give expertise.ai a try based on the stellar reviews I had seen. Everything is WAY easier than I expected. Whether you're familiar with AI engagement or you're just getting started it's easy to use but has the depth companies like mine need to answer more detailed technical questions. My expertise.ai bot functions autonomously, guiding customers to content and collecting leads. Then, I get the leads delivered into HubSpot for a quick follow-up from our sales team. It JUST WORKS! No need for complex and expensive homegrown AI agents here (cough cough CLAY). I love it.

My favorite thing about using Expertise AI is how it helps us capture high quality leads directly from website visitors through natural voice conversations. Instead of relying only on static forms or chat widgets, users can talk to an AI agent, ask real questions, and share real intent, which makes the interactions feel much more engaging and human. What do you like best about Expertise AI?

Easy to use without needing a lot of technical support. Helpful and responsive support team. AI summaries and information are good and accurate.

What do you dislike about Expertise AI?

If you're not a HubSpot expert it will take a bit to integrate with your HubSpot workflow, but just jump on a call with Vinay and he'll solve it quickly. It lacks customization of the design of the widget, but they are working on improving that.

What do you like best about Expertise AI?

It feels like the platform actually understands my site and my customers. After moving from ChatSimple to ExpertiseAI, I was surprised by how quickly it picked up my content, FAQs, and tone of voice. The answers it gives to visitors feel on-brand and accurate. I also like the clean dashboard and how easy it is to tweak responses or add new knowledge without needing a developer.

What do you dislike about Expertise AI?

The main drawback for me is the pricing. While the quality is great, the jump between tiers feels steep for a small business or solo operator.

What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ExpertiseAI, I spent a lot of time manually answering repetitive visitor questions and trying to keep my FAQs updated. Now the AI instantly handles most inquiries on my site using my own content.

What do you like best about Expertise AI?

Expertise AI has been a huge win for us. After rolling it out on our website, we saw about a ~50% increase in inbound corporate leads. The AI does a great job engaging corporate buyers, answering questions ~80% instantly, and pushing high-intent visitors to the right forms at the right time. Setup was genuinely plug-and-play - no dev work, no headaches. It now handles most of our pricing, registration, and purchasing questions on its own, which has taken a lot of pressure off our team and helped customers move faster to purchase.

Expertise.ai has been a solid addition to our tech stack. It's one of the few AI tools we've used that feels built for real business use cases, not just demos or experimentation. The platform is straightforward to work with and helps teams actually do something useful with AI instead of overthinking implementation. Setup was relatively smooth. The team behind Expertise.ai has been easy to work with; responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us get value out of the product. Vinay gave a nice onboarding session and Ammar reached out via email when he noticed I was hung up on something. It integrates smoothly with HubSpot and passes contact info over when forms are filled. Overall, it's a practical, well-built platform that does what it promises.

A Dependable, High-Performing Chatbot That Keeps Improving and Driving Measurable Results

We are thrilled with the switch. We are a small team, and we needed a tool that could operate independently and reliably support our customers at any time of day. We've used this tool mostly from a customer service standpoint, but plan to venture into the lead generation and sales side of things as well moving forward.

What do you like best about Expertise AI?

It's working incredibly well for us so far. With our previous chatbot, small changes in how a question was worded caused issues, so I had six different versions of the same answer just to make sure customers were covered and things were still missed. With Expertise AI, I don't have to do that. It understands variations of the same question and matches them to the single answer we've trained. It has been simple to teach and easy to load with different types of training materials. The team at Expertise AI, specifically Ammar and Tommy, have also been amazing to work with. Any time I have shared feedback or suggested a feature, they have responded quickly and in many cases implemented the improvement within a day or two. That level of responsiveness makes it clear they are committed to building a product that truly serves their customers. The conversation starters alone have already increased the number of chats happening on our site, which means more customers are getting the answers they need quickly and reliably. Our old HubSpot chatbot resolved about 75 percent of conversations. With Expertise AI, we are consistently in the 90 to 95 percent range.

What do you dislike about Expertise AI?

I know they have a Knowledge Base, but I wish there was more documentation and resources available to reference and learn on my own about the basics of what everything means. That being said, the Expertise AI team has been very responsive whenever I have questions. There are still a few settings and tools I am learning to understand, but the product works well so I feel confident figuring things out as I go. There is a bit of a learning curve, as there is with any new tool, especially when documentation is limited. It took some time to train and dial in our base prompt to test it across different AI models and find the best fit for our needs. The time put in to train it was worth it though considering the resolution rate results we've seen so far.

We're a school, and August is our busiest season for enrolling students. When the AI chatbot we were previously using changed pricing structures without clear notice, it left us scrambling — right when we needed it most. Enter ChatSimple. I was able to switch platforms and deploy a new chatbot overnight. Their platform is intuitive, fast, and easy to work with. I've been a customer of the company since the very early days (we're now in the second annual renewal), back when Hao was almost a one-man show and the product was still called Chatsimple. I can clearly see the evolution of the tool, the team's genuine focus on supporting customers, and a development roadmap centred on features that are genuinely useful for all users. As a product originally built with an English-speaking market in mind, it's natural that some features are more tailored to the UK/US market. As a user based in Portugal, I could already be using voice chat if it were available in PT-PT, but I fully understand that it's not possible to cover every market at once.
