This page helps you diagnose and fix issues when connecting or using Zoom withExpertise Calendar.
Common Issues
- Cannot complete Zoom authorization flow.
- Zoom meeting link is missing from calendar invites.
- Meetings do not create in Zoom after scheduling.
Fix Authorization Problems
- Confirm your Zoom role can install marketplace apps.
- Disable pop-up blockers during authorization.
- Try in an incognito/private window to avoid extension conflicts.
- Disconnect and re-connect Zoom in Expertise Calendar.
Meeting Link Not Added
- Open your event type and ensure Location is set to Zoom.
- Save changes and create a test booking.
- Check the confirmation email and calendar invite for the Zoom link.
Disconnect and Reconnect Zoom
- Go to Integrations & apps in Expertise Calendar.
- Select Zoom, then click Disconnect.
- Click Connect Zoom and complete authorization again.
