Expertise Calendar Zoom Integration

Overview

This guide explains how to connect Zoom to Expertise Calendar to enable scheduling and meeting workflows across your team.

Prerequisites

Adding Zoom to Expertise Calendar

Go to Integrations & apps, find Zoom, then click Connect.

  1. Go to your Integrations & apps page from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Zoom, then click Connect Zoom.
  3. Sign in to your Zoom account.
  4. Click Authorize to allow Expertise Calendar access.

Using Zoom in Expertise Calendar

After connecting your Zoom account, Expertise Calendar will prompt you to set it as the meeting location.

  1. Go to your Events page.
  2. Select a One-on-One event type.
  3. Select Location and choose Zoom.
  4. Select Save changes.

Repeat for each event type where you want to use Zoom.

  1. Go to your Integrations & apps page from the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Zoom, then click Disconnect.
