Overview
This guide explains how to connect Zoom to Expertise Calendar to enable scheduling and meeting workflows across your team.
Prerequisites
- Active Zoom account with permission to install apps.
Adding Zoom to Expertise Calendar
Go to Integrations & apps, find Zoom, then click Connect.
- Go to your Integrations & apps page from the left-hand menu.
- Select Zoom, then click Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to your Zoom account.
- Click Authorize to allow Expertise Calendar access.
Zoom Authorization Troubleshooting
- Ensure your Zoom role has permissions to install apps.
- Verify pop-up blockers are disabled during authorization.
- Re-connect if permissions or roles changed recently.
Using Zoom in Expertise Calendar
After connecting your Zoom account, Expertise Calendar will prompt you to set it as the meeting location.
- Go to your Events page.
- Select a One-on-One event type.
- Select Location and choose Zoom.
- Select Save changes.
Repeat for each event type where you want to use Zoom.
Meet with Zoom
After someone schedules with you:
- Expertise Calendar will add the Zoom meeting link to the calendar invite and confirmation email.
- You and your invitee will receive full Zoom details automatically in event information.
Removing Zoom from Expertise Calendar
- Go to your Integrations & apps page from the left-hand menu.
- Select Zoom, then click Disconnect.
